CHECK LIST

Deadline - No later than 7 days before the session

• Sibelius file, PDF, or xml with the score and parts extracted as separate files

• Parts clearly labeled with the instrument name.

• 1 part per player for woodwind and brass.

• Parts formatted on 2 page spread. If a 3rd page is needed, then we can tape on to avoid page turn.

• Only send music that is to be recorded at the session. 

• Double check page turns, bar numbers, rehearsal marks and labelling.

• ​2 bar count in as standard - music should start bar 3 after 2 bars of click. 

• Repeats should include additional bar numbers to keep in sync with ProTools.

• Condense parts where possible to save printing.

• Non-transposing score in C (this avoids session time wasting).

• Score staff size 3.5mm.

• Part staff size 6mm.

• Mock-up audio.

• Audio click (if required).

• Midi/tempo map (if required).
